In the 9th minute, Sorocayense FC's Patricio Illart ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maximiliano Maju. Maximiliano Maju yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 13th minute of the match, Severino Bixintxo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Maximiliano Maju saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marcelino Cresconio kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Ariel Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jimeno Henry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Cumbia Cerveza y River getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Marcelino Cresconio hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Sorocayense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Chago came free, but Jimeno Henry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Conrado Rudolfo fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cumbia Cerveza y River's protests and gave Conrado Rudolfo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute, Conrado Rudolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conrado Rudolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Conrado Rudolfo made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Baltasar Lehior was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sorocayense FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cumbia Cerveza y River the free kick. Baltasar Lehior kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Jimeno Henry made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustin Chago in the 58th minute. After 58 minutes of play Sorocayense FC's Baltasar Lehior was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Baltasar Lehior kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Jimeno Henry was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Conrado Rudolfo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Conrado Rudolfo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Agustin Chago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Henry having to interfere. Agustin Chago who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Jimeno Henry when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 80 played minutes Sorocayense FC got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Irrintzi. Cumbia Cerveza y River's Tomás Guter got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patricio Illart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 92 minutes, Patricio Illart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sorocayense FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Illart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sorocayense FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Cumbia Cerveza y River to leave the ground with a draw.
