Spectators: 7243 (Terracing: 5433, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) After having played for 5 minutes, Arsenio Birjaio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samborombón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arsenio Birjaio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Arsenio Birjaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Samborombón's Hipolito Colas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Estefan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bernabe Henrico took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rene Goren. Rene Goren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernabe Henrico in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rene Goren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hipolito Colas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Daniel Estefan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Birjaio in the 24th minute of play forced Hortensia's goalkeeper Daniel Estefan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenio Birjaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Daniel Estefan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Samborombón's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Henrico came free, but Rene Goren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arsenio Birjaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Daniel Estefan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samborombón's Hipolito Colas got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Hortensia's Daniel Estefan got control of the ball when Hipolito Colas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arsenio Birjaio to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Domingo Oriol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Domingo Oriol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hortensia's goalkeeper Daniel Estefan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 88 played minutes Samborombón got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Efraim. Samborombón's Rene Goren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Samborombón from getting a goal against them. In the 93rd minute, Domingo Oriol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rene Goren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernabe Henrico in the 95th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Samborombón had won after a very even match.
