The supporters of Guzzi booed when Samborombón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Leobardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Silvano Aritza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Samborombón's Rene Goren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Samborombón from getting a goal against them. Florentino Magdaleno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Goren having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After a rather tough play, Guzzi's Remigio Herauso got a free kick in the 55th minute. Samborombón's Hipolito Colas got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Luciano Beremundo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Fabian Bordat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hipolito Colas did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Luciano Beremundo 91 minutes into the match. The Guzzi supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Samborombón's performance. The match ended with a win for Samborombón.
