If Gervasio Frichoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Calixto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valentin Gergori went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Urbano Iaki hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Gervasio Frichoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Gergori in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Calixto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute Gervasio Frichoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Calixto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gervasio Frichoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervasio Frichoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Melquiades Calixto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ceferino Chale stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valentin Gergori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Calixto having to interfere. When Valentin Benvide came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Tasquín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Benvide couldn't finish the play. Gervasio Frichoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 58 played minutes Córdoba Azulgrana got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Iaki. If Gervasio Frichoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Calixto made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Gervasio Frichoso sent off a good shot on target. When Gervasio Frichoso came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Tasquín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gervasio Frichoso couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute, Córdoba Azulgrana's Pablo Dolfo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Pablo Dolfo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Córdoba Azulgrana protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Pablo Dolfo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Córdoba Azulgrana:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tasquín:s goal. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Tasquín. Flavio Arce stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Melquiades Calixto. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Tasquín's Benito Horado got a free kick in the 71st minute. Felix Ler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Amadeo Osoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio Frichoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Calixto having to interfere. Melquiades Calixto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Gergori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciriaco Cordaro hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. With his leg Melquiades Calixto managed to avoid a goal in the 98thth minute, when Tasquín's Gervasio Frichoso fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
