But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Locaio couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Ordoqui FC booed when teutones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Inge didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgilio Dayam was the one to do the kick off. If Mateo Gergori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Virgilio Dayam kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robustiano Eron. That made the score 3-2 in the 63 minute of play. Nunez Olando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Eron having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Mateo Gergori had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hernan Jaunzuria. Ordoqui FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mateo Gergori was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Robustiano Eron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Dayam in the 75th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ordoqui FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for teutones.
