The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tasquín's supporters rose to their feet, but Gervasio Frichoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Edwardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amadeo Osoro came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Naipe's Federico Berart. But to his dismay, Federico Berart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Bruno Nesor fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Naipe's protests and gave Bruno Nesor a yellow card for diving instead. After 16 played minutes Naipe got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Nesor. Federico Berart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Federico Berart in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amadeo Osoro saved Tasquín from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Valentin Gergori managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tasquín's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Gergori was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Edwardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erubiel Calixto hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tasquín's goalkeeper Amadeo Osoro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amadeo Osoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Iraunkor in the 40th minute of the match. Damaso Iraunkor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Iraunkor in the 44th minute of play forced Tasquín's goalkeeper Amadeo Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damaso Iraunkor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Amadeo Osoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valentin Gergori to strike the kick off in the second half. Amadeo Osoro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damaso Iraunkor went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 58 minutes into the game, Tasquín's Gervasio Frichoso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fausto Edwardo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 66 minutes into the game, Naipe's Damaso Iraunkor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Naipe walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
