Mariano Abastas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uriel Abecia in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, GüntherNauthen FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Uriel Abecia fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 8thth minute of the game Norberto Piorno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GüntherNauthen FC's Mariano Abastas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Claudio Endura might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Desiderio Ortle. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Endura ran back to his position shaking his head. GüntherNauthen FC's Simon Pinto got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Claudio Endura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 22 minutes into the match, GüntherNauthen FC's goalkeeper Mariano Abastas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Norberto Piorno. If Norberto Piorno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Abastas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uriel Abecia in the 34th minute. If Simon Pinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Abastas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Piorno in the 46th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Norberto Piorno made the kick off in the second half. Desiderio Ortle made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Claudio Endura sent off a good shot on target. Simon Pinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Ortle having to interfere. Uriel Abecia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 66 minutes, Norberto Piorno made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. GüntherNauthen FC's Mariano Abastas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, GüntherNauthen FC's Nicolas Etxahun got a free kick in the 70th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rodio's zone, Claudio Endura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Desiderio Ortle came out of the goal and Claudio Endura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Norberto Piorno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rodio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Piorno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in GüntherNauthen FC's zone, Norberto Piorno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Abastas came out of the goal and Norberto Piorno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Norberto Piorno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Abastas came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Rodio's Uriel Abecia. But to his dismay, Uriel Abecia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rodio had won after a very even match.
