Angelo Maurino hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Danilo Hartz came free in the 67th minute and tried to tip the ball over Amancio Beltza, but to the joy of ColoFC's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Frenchi FC's Aldo Gaizkine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Franco in the 72nd minute of play. Jeremias Gilesindo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aldo Gaizkine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Cruz in the 96th minute of play.
