Spectators: 7185 (Terracing: 5391, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Albano Vito kicked off to start the match. Amancio Beltza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Perico, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Albano Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobaldo Ticho having to interfere. ColoFC's Amancio Beltza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Calvet in the 8th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alonzo Calvet in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amancio Beltza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alonzo Calvet scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amancio Beltza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Javier Gonza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Alonzo Calvet managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. Sporting Lara's supporters rose to their feet, but Alonzo Calvet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amancio Beltza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute of the match Elias Lohitzun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amancio Beltza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, ColoFC's Angelo Maurino got a free kick in the 30th minute. Alonzo Calvet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amancio Beltza having to make a save. If Alonzo Calvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 played minutes ColoFC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Maurino. ColoFC's Amancio Beltza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Gonza in the 35th minute of play. Javier Gonza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Amancio Beltza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnoldo Franco hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute of the match C. Sporting Lara got a corner. ColoFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aquiles Ongile ran over to the corner to take the kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in C. Sporting Lara fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Teobaldo Ticho, was totally fooled by ColoFC's Inocencio Caitano, who 47 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Javier Gonza made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes ColoFC got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Servando. Amancio Beltza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Gonza in the 60th minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Horacio Cruz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Teobaldo Ticho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in ColoFC's zone, Gogo Flores stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amancio Beltza came out of the goal and Gogo Flores tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Javier Gonza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amancio Beltza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. If Niceto Perico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nahuel Lozada hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the last second Amancio Beltza throw himself and got hold of the ball when Javier Gonza in the 94thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If Javier Gonza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ColoFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while C. Sporting Lara had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
