Amadeo Eliu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilario Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Hilario Karlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Amadeo Eliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hilario Karlo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amadeo Eliu having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Cabituyo's zone, Albino Dominic stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeo Eliu came out of the goal and Albino Dominic tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cabituyo's Amadeo Eliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Karlo in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Cabituyo's goal looked a bit too open when Hilario Karlo came free, but Amadeo Eliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Albino Dominic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hilario Karlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeo Eliu made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Albino Dominic sent off a good shot on target. Silvestre Arias's late challenge caught a Facundo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvestre Arias helped the player get up and apologised. Silvestre Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hilario Karlo made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Dimas got free with Fermin Estavan in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Facundo's Fermin Estavan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Dimas in the 54th minute of play. Marciano Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Maximiliano Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilario Karlo in the 89th minute of play forced Cabituyo's goalkeeper Amadeo Eliu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Facundo's Silvano Tome got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Albino Dominic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Eliu having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cabituyo had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
