Fedele Pedroni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The supporters of Pastas Frescas La Romana booed when Copita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Bembe didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diego Vergaray stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gavino Ler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Berart in the 54th minute of the match. Florencio Millan scored 1-2 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gavino Ler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gavino Ler came out of the goal and Tristan Alsford tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gavino Ler was a little too slow when Severiano Salvatore got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 1-3. Gavino Ler was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Tristan Alsford capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tristan Alsford really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Gavino Ler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Alsford in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Fabian Gagriel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pastas Frescas La Romana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Copita FC the free kick. After 85 played minutes Pastas Frescas La Romana got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Gagriel. 89 minutes into the game, Tristan Alsford lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Gavino Ler. Severiano Salvatore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Pastas Frescas La Romana fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Copita FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
