Spectators: 5100 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ulises Ricart kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute, Ulises Ricart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabio Urtungo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mario Abadie went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Fabio Urtungo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Abadie in the 14th minute of play. Ulises Ricart hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Eustacio Mel scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabio Urtungo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 19 minutes into the match, Elena AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Abadie came free, but Fabio Urtungo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mario Abadie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabio Urtungo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Mel in the 29th minute of play. Fabio Urtungo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sharma Branca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustacio Mel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Urtungo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Ulises Ricart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulises Ricart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Carlos Izquierdoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Tifossi booed when Elena AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marnix Wehkamp didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Tifossi were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eustacio Mel was the one to do the kick off. Eustacio Mel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Urtungo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Mario Abadie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Fabio Urtungo made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Abadie got free with Fabio Urtungo in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elena AFC's Fabio Urtungo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Mel in the 64th minute of play. Sharma Branca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Fabio Urtungo made a huge save. In the 76th match minute, Tifossi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Abadie to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Tifossi getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Sharma Branca hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Elena AFC's zone, Eustacio Mel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Urtungo came out of the goal and Eustacio Mel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute, Mario Abadie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tifossi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 87th minute Tifossi were awarded a corner. Mario Abadie went to the cornerflag to take it. At last the ball reached Sharma Branca at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Elena AFC. 0-4. In the 91st minute Ismael Nayely shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Izquierdoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Tifossi supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tifossi would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
