After a rather tough play, Belisario Roldán FC's Alejandro Kusko got a free kick in the 14th minute. Edelmiro Chago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baltasar Gabon's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Alberto Leoiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Gaskon, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 21 minutes, Felipe Kelemen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Les Paul and the Belisario Roldán FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute Baltasar Gabon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Chago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeo Farias hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Benigno Pacorro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alberto Leoiar. The goal made the score 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvio Gaskon to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Baltasar Gabon made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Atlético Les Paul's Edelmiro Chago tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Erdiano in the 58th minute of play forced Belisario Roldán FC's goalkeeper Alberto Leoiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Belisario Roldán FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Alonzo Lander hit a great ball. Justino Soin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Edelmiro Chago made a huge save. 70 minutes into the match, Baltasar Gabon notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Atlético Les Paul's Edelmiro Chago. Edelmiro Chago was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Baltasar Gabon came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Belisario Roldán FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltasar Gabon couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Les Paul's zone, Americo Frechoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edelmiro Chago came out of the goal and Americo Frechoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Leoiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Orlandus in the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Gaskon in the 83rd minute of play forced Belisario Roldán FC's goalkeeper Alberto Leoiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 played minutes Atlético Les Paul got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Erdiano. Baltasar Gabon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Atlético Les Paul players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
