After having played for 16 minutes, Dalmacio Francis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toreros y Titanes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dalmacio Francis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dalmacio Francis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matias Mark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Mikelar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Toreros y Titanes FC's Jimeno Rodas got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Dalmacio Rexino was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Teo Umbruso. Jaguares de Boedo's Robustiano Fernandez got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Francis in the 38th minute of play forced Jaguares de Boedo's goalkeeper Matias Mark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Dalmacio Francis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Mark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44thth minute of the game Felipe Mikelar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jaguares de Boedo's Matias Mark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 44 played minutes Jaguares de Boedo got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Bermudo. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Toreros y Titanes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe Mikelar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
