The crowd rose to their feet as Igor Natal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edelmiro Chago. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. If Robustiano Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Fernanco charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alberto Fernanco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Atlético Les Paul booed when Jaguares de Boedo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Fernanco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atlético Les Paul's Edelmiro Chago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Les Paul from getting a goal against them. Edelmiro Chago was a little too slow when Igor Natal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-0. Efrain Pietro hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. If Silvio Gaskon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvio Gaskon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Robustiano Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Edelmiro Chago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 minutes of play, Jaguares de Boedo's Robustiano Fernandez made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edelmiro Chago was left in no man's land by his defense there! Florencio Quilino charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience held their breath when Alberto Fernanco in the 65th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Edelmiro Chago's left hand side. Teo Umbruso hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Atlético Les Paul's Matias Mark threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Silvio Gaskon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Benigno Pacorro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Matias Mark when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Benigno Pacorro came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Atlético Les Paul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benigno Pacorro couldn't finish the play. Jaguares de Boedo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
