The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Atlético Les Paul booed when Vitaminaas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Feliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Vitaminaas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Benigno Pacorro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fermin Damario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Chago having to interfere. Edelmiro Chago came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Vitaminaas's Fermin Damario. But to his dismay, Fermin Damario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Norberto Abascal kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. If Benigno Pacorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavio Feliz kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Silvio Gaskon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Les Paul's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Gaskon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulises Otsando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvio Gaskon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fermin Damario made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Fermin Damario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edelmiro Chago. Atlético Les Paul's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fermin Damario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 65 minutes into the game, Gerardo Gaitano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Edelmiro Chago was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ulises Otsando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Pacorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fermin Damario in the 70th minute of play forced Atlético Les Paul's goalkeeper Edelmiro Chago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulises Otsando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Gaskon, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. If Fermin Damario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Fermin Damario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 79 minutes into the game, Gerardo Gaitano lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Edelmiro Chago. If Gerardo Gaitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerardo Gaitano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Chago having to interfere. Jeronimo Orlandus kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Fermin Damario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Chago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitaminaas's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
