Spectators: 7154 (Terracing: 5399, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Prudencio Oliverio kicked off to start the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Prudencio Oliverio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silverio Urdin. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. In the 8th minute, Gregorio Sendoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gregorio Sendoa kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Callejeros United's Reynaldo Artaldo got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eugenio Toribio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Odilon in the 16th minute of the match. C. A. Platanos's Silverio Urdin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save C. A. Platanos from getting a goal against them. In the 22ndth minute of the game Prospero Karmel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Callejeros United's Eugenio Toribio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute, Callejeros United's Prudencio Oliverio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Silverio Urdin. Silverio Urdin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Silverio Urdin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Oliverio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silverio Urdin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 30th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Silverio Urdin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prudencio Oliverio's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Callejeros United's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Odilon came free, but Eugenio Toribio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Baldomero Elizardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. A. Platanos's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Elizardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Toribio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute Bernardo Odilon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Toribio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Raulo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Urdin having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Odilon made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Odilon in the 52nd minute of play forced Callejeros United's goalkeeper Eugenio Toribio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomero Elizardo's late challenge caught a Callejeros United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomero Elizardo helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes C. A. Platanos got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Elizardo. A collision led to Callejeros United getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Fidel Raulo hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the game, Callejeros United's Prudencio Oliverio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silverio Urdin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Gaston Pudes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Urdin having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Prospero Karmel fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gaston Pudes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Silverio Urdin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquin Remicio's late challenge caught a Callejeros United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquin Remicio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th match minute, C. A. Platanos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Remicio to maneuver through the defense. C. A. Platanos's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
