The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marcelino Gotzon charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelino Gotzon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in ME FUI Y NO VOLVERE FC's zone, Nicasio Silban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomiro Jerold came out of the goal and Nicasio Silban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcelo Errolan came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by ME FUI Y NO VOLVERE FC's Evelio Ignatius. But to his dismay, Evelio Ignatius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Evelio Ignatius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Errolan having to interfere. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Faraones FC! Angelino Urtun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Marcelo Errolan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juan Tristan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Errolan having to interfere. Marcelo Errolan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Tristan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelo Errolan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Tristan, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 40 minutes into the match, ME FUI Y NO VOLVERE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Silban came free, but Baldomiro Jerold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicasio Silban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomiro Jerold having to interfere. After 47 minutes, Flavio Sotero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Faraones FC and the ME FUI Y NO VOLVERE FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Faraones FC's Flavio Sotero got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Evelio Ignatius blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelo Errolan having to make a save. Moises Steven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Marcelo Errolan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, ME FUI Y NO VOLVERE FC's Evelio Ignatius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelo Errolan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Faraones FC's zone, Evelio Ignatius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Errolan came out of the goal and Evelio Ignatius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute, Evelio Ignatius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Faraones FC booed when ME FUI Y NO VOLVERE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Urtun didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to ME FUI Y NO VOLVERE FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Angelino Urtun hit a great ball.
