When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Julio Ondino sped through Tarucha FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bernardo Fernanco. The Tarucha FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los Buitres were winning 0-5.

54 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Los Buitres's Octavio Garikoitz fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Bernardo Fernanco made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Nicanor Astigar sent off a good shot on target. When Los Buitres's Ramiro Piorno, in the 57th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Los Buitres. In the 62nd match minute, Tarucha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Enol to maneuver through the defense. After 64 played minutes Nicanor Astigar rounded Tarucha FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. Los Buitres's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
