After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Filomeno Chuse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarucha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Chuse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateo Jaume breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tarucha FC's Bernardo Fernanco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Florian in the 10th minute of play. Mojigasta FC were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Tarucha FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pedro Pero took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Robustiano Giro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bernardo Fernanco quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florencio Florian in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Fernanco saved Tarucha FC from getting behind. Bernardo Fernanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Florian, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Filomeno Chuse hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Mojigasta FC's Pedro Pero tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Dante Playo charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dante Playo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dante Playo hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Segundo Caradaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute Gregorio Ihintza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Fernanco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Nestor Domeka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bernardo Fernanco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 46 played minutes Tarucha FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Inocente. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gregorio Ihintza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Tarucha FC's Segundo Caradaro got a free kick in the 57th minute. After 62 played minutes Tarucha FC got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Chuse. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florencio Florian got free with Bernardo Fernanco in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filomeno Chuse charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filomeno Chuse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67th minute, Filomeno Chuse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Tarucha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Ihintza came free, but Bernardo Fernanco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucio Enol came free in the 84th minute and tried to tip the ball over Mateo Jaume, but to the joy of Mojigasta FC's supporters the ball went over. Nestor Domeka's late challenge caught a Tarucha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nestor Domeka helped the player get up and apologised. Nestor Domeka kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Florencio Florian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Bernardo Fernanco made a huge save.
