Xeneizes by Sergio's Fausto Hermon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualterio Salvidor in the 12th minute of play. After having played for 17 minutes, Alejandro Bikendi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xeneizes by Sergio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejandro Bikendi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xeneizes by Sergio's Florencio Isadore got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Blas Urtats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Isadore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Zeledon Ordono fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xeneizes by Sergio's protests and gave Zeledon Ordono a yellow card for diving instead. Carolo Argider took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fausto Hermon. Xeneizes by Sergio's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gualterio Salvidor struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Fausto Hermon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. When Alejandro Bikendi came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Xeneizes by Sergio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejandro Bikendi couldn't finish the play.
