The supporters of La plaza booed when Xeneizes by Sergio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Bikendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fausto Hermon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Natal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Bikendi in the 13th minute of play forced La plaza's goalkeeper Ovidio Christobal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Albano Celio, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 14 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Fausto Hermon was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Arnulfo Abalos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Fausto Hermon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fausto Hermon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Roano, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Albano Celio had several of the Xeneizes by Sergio's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Fausto Hermon as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ovidio Christobal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Isadore in the 24th minute of play. Xeneizes by Sergio's Fausto Hermon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Natal in the 26th minute of play. Xeneizes by Sergio's Fausto Hermon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Xeneizes by Sergio from getting a goal against them. In the 31st minute, Albano Celio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fausto Hermon. The goal made the score 2-0. La plaza's Albano Celio got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 38 minutes, Albano Celio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La plaza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albano Celio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Celedonio Natal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Florencio Isadore made the kick off in the second half. If Celedonio Natal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 54 minutes, Enzo Roano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La plaza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Roano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 56 minutes of play, La plaza's Arnulfo Abalos made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fausto Hermon was left in no man's land by his defense there! 64 minutes into the match, Albano Celio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fausto Hermon. Xeneizes by Sergio's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albano Celio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Bikendi got free with Ovidio Christobal in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes into the game, Albano Celio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Fausto Hermon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arnulfo Abalos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Hermon having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Xeneizes by Sergio's Isaias Gilesindo got a free kick in the 79th minute. Albano Celio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fausto Hermon having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Xeneizes by Sergio's Alejandro Bikendi got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Celedonio Natal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Hermon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Celio in the 88th minute of the match. La plaza's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edgard Gombal in the 89th minute. The corner led to La plaza's Arnulfo Abalos getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. La plaza's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
