After 8 played minutes, Cadillal's Natalio Aztore shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Guido Teodor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cadillal reached it. In the 9th match minute, Cadillal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Godoy to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Victoriano Nabar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sixto Bemabe, 1-0. If Carolo Godoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Cadillal's Alejo Lugo got a free kick in the 25th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celedonio Salamon during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 27 played minutes Cadillal got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Salamon. In the 31st minute, Matias Gil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sixto Bemabe was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Victoriano Nabar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sixto Bemabe. That made the score 3-0 in the 34 minute of play. Guido Teodor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Godoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Carolo Godoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Guido Teodor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carolo Godoy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Los Infernales getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Alfredo Raymond hit a great ball. In the 61st minute Carolo Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Teodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Los Infernales's zone, Hernan Dolfos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guido Teodor came out of the goal and Hernan Dolfos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joel Atauri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Sixto Bemabe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hernan Dolfos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hernan Dolfos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carolo Godoy was extremely unlucky when he, in the 88th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Hernan Dolfos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Infernales's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
