Alberto Leguizamón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Abalos in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Enrique Jusepe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La plaza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chalacea FC the free kick. In the 20th match minute, La plaza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Jusepe to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Gaspard in the 23rd minute of play forced La plaza's goalkeeper Ovidio Christobal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Leguizamón came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by La plaza's Edelmiro Nayely. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Nayely quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Albano Celio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alberto Leguizamón was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. After 33 played minutes La plaza got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Nayely. Fabian Costante hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Celio in the 37th minute of play forced Chalacea FC's goalkeeper Alberto Leguizamón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Edgard Gombal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alberto Leguizamón was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 44 minutes into the match, Arnulfo Abalos notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Chalacea FC's Alberto Leguizamón. Alberto Leguizamón was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 48th minute, Faustino Fresco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Chalacea FC's zone, Edgard Gombal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Leguizamón came out of the goal and Edgard Gombal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

60 minutes into the match, Chalacea FC's goalkeeper Alberto Leguizamón had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Roano. Arnulfo Abalos struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Alberto Leguizamón didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La plaza. After 63 played minutes Chalacea FC got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Gaspard. Albano Celio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Alberto Leguizamón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albano Celio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 69th playminute. A collision led to La plaza getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Edelmiro Nayely hit a great ball. In the 78th minute Enzo Roano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Leguizamón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chalacea FC's Alberto Leguizamón proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Chalacea FC from getting a goal against them. Ovidio Christobal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Belarmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute.
