But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejandro Bikendi couldn't finish the play. Xeneizes by Sergio's Alejandro Bikendi got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 9th minute, Florencio Isadore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 10th match minute, Cadillal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Santikurtz to maneuver through the defense. Florencio Isadore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Sixto Bemabe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernan Santikurtz hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carolo Godoy in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fausto Hermon saved Xeneizes by Sergio from getting behind. After 21 played minutes Xeneizes by Sergio got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Gumaro. Hernan Dolfos might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fausto Hermon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hernan Dolfos ran back to his position shaking his head. 25 minutes into the match, Xeneizes by Sergio's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Godoy came free, but Fausto Hermon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Xeneizes by Sergio's Florencio Isadore dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 34 minutes into the match, Hernan Dolfos notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Xeneizes by Sergio's Fausto Hermon. Fausto Hermon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fausto Hermon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Dolfos in the 45th minute of play. Sixto Bemabe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Isadore, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carolo Godoy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Alejandro Bikendi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xeneizes by Sergio's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejandro Bikendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sixto Bemabe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Cadillal getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Natalio Aztore hit a great ball. If Alejandro Bikendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 61st minute, Alejandro Bikendi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Fausto Hermon successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 67thth minute of the game Alejandro Bikendi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cadillal's Sixto Bemabe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Florencio Isadore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Sixto Bemabe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Hermon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Godoy in the 76th minute of the match. When Norberto Gumaro fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xeneizes by Sergio's protests and gave Norberto Gumaro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cadillal booed when Xeneizes by Sergio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Gumaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Cadillal's Natalio Aztore broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Fausto Hermon successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Florencio Isadore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fausto Hermon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hernan Dolfos in the 92nd minute. Alejandro Bikendi might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sixto Bemabe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alejandro Bikendi ran back to his position shaking his head. Alejandro Bikendi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sixto Bemabe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Florencio Isadore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
