Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benito Domiku made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Firmin in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Fabian Costante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Afonso struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Alberto Leguizamón didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alastair. If Constantino Eate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Alastair booed when Chalacea FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Gaspard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Leguizamón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Eate, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With an all-out effort, Alastair's Alberto Leguizamón threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Constantino Eate, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 42nd minute, Raul Estebano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvaro Belarmo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Florentino Firmin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Chalacea FC's Alvaro Belarmo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Domiku. That made the score 0-1 after 59 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Pedro Afonso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alastair's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Afonso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alberto Leguizamón breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of Alastair:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chalacea FC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Benito Domiku, was totally fooled by Chalacea FC's Luciano Peli, who 72 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Alvaro Belarmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Benito Domiku tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Pedro Afonso notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Chalacea FC's Alberto Leguizamón. Alberto Leguizamón was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 82nd match minute, Alastair was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Afonso to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Lisandro Silvino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
