In the 3rd match minute, Saladillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adan Tavio to maneuver through the defense. Aureliano Pitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Aureliano Pitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saladillo's Aureliano Pitin got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adan Tavio kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Benito Domiku made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Bartolome in the 23rd minute of play. Herminio Bartolome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Domiku having to interfere. Pedro Afonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute, Constantino Eate got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Constantino Eate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Fabián Herzl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Bartolome in the 34th minute of play forced Alastair's goalkeeper Benito Domiku to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantino Eate in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabián Herzl saved Saladillo from getting behind. In the 47thth minute of the game Herminio Bartolome who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alastair's Benito Domiku was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

57 minutes into the match, Saladillo's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Eate came free, but Fabián Herzl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Domiku took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Bartolome, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Domiku showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Bartolome, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Constantino Eate recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72ndth minute of the game Herminio Bartolome who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alastair's Benito Domiku was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Saladillo booed when Alastair was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Beila didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Alastair's Benito Domiku got control of the ball when Aureliano Pitin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Herminio Bartolome recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the game, Aureliano Pitin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Benito Domiku was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alastair's Benito Domiku played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Pitin in the 88th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Herminio Bartolome's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Domiku was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Pedro Afonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabián Herzl having to interfere. The Saladillo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Saladillo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
