With a little luck, Botija's Blas Urtats got control of the ball when Florentino Firmin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chalacea FC's Fabian Costante got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes, Botija's Carolo Argider shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alberto Leguizamón came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Botija reached it. Blas Urtats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Belarmo in the 31st minute of play. Carolo Argider was slow to take the kick. During this time Botija's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Chalacea FC booed when Botija was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Johans didn't get a good kick on the ball.
