In the 26th minute, Ricardo Curcio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezequiel Firmin in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ixaka saved Charras from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Benigno Montel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charras's supporters rose to their feet, but Benigno Montel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorio Montae breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Charras booed when Coliqueo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Curcio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Charras's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Firmin came free, but Jonathan Ixaka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ildefonso Valentine charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ildefonso Valentine the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Charras getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ildefonso Valentine hit a great ball. Ezequiel Firmin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ixaka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. If Danilo Sauveur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ezequiel Firmin to strike the kick off in the second half. Charras's Jonathan Ixaka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Sauveur in the 51st minute of play. Danilo Sauveur struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Jonathan Ixaka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coliqueo AFC. Charras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coliqueo AFC the free kick. Jonathan Ixaka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Sauveur in the 95th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Ezequiel Firmin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Charras's Jonathan Ixaka. Jonathan Ixaka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Charras succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Coliqueo AFC had controlled the match.
