Mr. Popo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chicago F.C. the free kick. If Paulino Araoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clodoveo Txerran's late challenge caught a Chicago F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clodoveo Txerran helped the player get up and apologised. Alfredo Ourente kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Chicago F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Araoz came free, but Ramon Rafe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Mr. Popo's Paulino Araoz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramon Rafe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 87 minutes into the game, Paulino Araoz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ramon Rafe.
