Spectators: 7211 (Terracing: 5409, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gaston Marquez kicked off to start the match. If Gaston Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Severo Fero managed to get in a good position for a shot. St. Jimmy's supporters rose to their feet, but Severo Fero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimeno Brion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erasmo Admon's late challenge caught a Pucará FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erasmo Admon helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Pucará FC booed when St. Jimmy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Admon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaston Marquez took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jimeno Brion. Jimeno Brion dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 11th match minute, St. Jimmy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Berbiz to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Israel Bernaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pucará FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Israel Bernaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saul Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Israel Bernaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 28 played minutes St. Jimmy got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Admon. Israel Bernaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaston Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Brion having to interfere. Jimeno Brion made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severo Fero in the 41st minute. In the 47th minute, Ulises Bernard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anier Sotil was the one to do the kick off. The Pucará FC fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Pucará FC's Israel Bernaldo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Pucará FC's zone, Gaston Marquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimeno Brion came out of the goal and Gaston Marquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jimeno Brion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Fero in the 61st minute of the match. In the last second Saul Azevedo throw himself and got hold of the ball when Anier Sotil in the 65thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Saul Azevedo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Severo Fero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jimeno Brion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute of the match Armando Peru shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jimeno Brion showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to St. Jimmy getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Ulises Bernard hit a great ball. In the 82nd match minute, Pucará FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Pueblo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Pucará FC's zone, Severo Fero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimeno Brion came out of the goal and Severo Fero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86thth minute of the game Severo Fero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pucará FC's Jimeno Brion was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pucará FC's Jimeno Brion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Marquez in the 87th minute of play. When Anier Sotil came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Pucará FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anier Sotil couldn't finish the play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
