A collision led to Carrizal FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Benito Unai hit a great ball. With 17 minutes on the clock, Blas Flor commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Arnulfo Ubarna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Fagildo in the 19th minute of the match. thaplug F.C.'s Arnulfo Ubarna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Enekoitz in the 20th minute of play. Virgilio Crispo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Isidro Bastian 23 minutes into the match. Rosendo Bastian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julian Cutberto during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Celedonio Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Isidro Bastian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Virgilio Crispo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Isidro Bastian to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Carrizal FC's zone, Hugo Vasco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidro Bastian came out of the goal and Hugo Vasco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, thaplug F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Llin came free, but Arnulfo Ubarna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugo Enekoitz made a kick off. Virgilio Crispo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isidro Bastian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. In the 54th minute Hugo Enekoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Ubarna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Virgilio Crispo managed to get in a good position for a shot. thaplug F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Virgilio Crispo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidro Bastian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Virgilio Crispo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isidro Bastian was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. 61 minutes into the game, Rosendo Bastian cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Celedonio Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Bastian having to interfere. The supporters of thaplug F.C. booed when Carrizal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Tavio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Guido Francis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carrizal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave thaplug F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Carrizal FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Guido Francis hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Virgilio Crispo in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidro Bastian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rosendo Bastian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Bastian having to interfere. If Virgilio Crispo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Carlos Christobal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in thaplug F.C. reached it. When the referee ended the match the thaplug F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
