Israel Bernaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th minute of the match, Virgilio Crispo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jimeno Brion saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Virgilio Crispo sped through Pucará FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jimeno Brion. The supporters of Pucará FC booed when thaplug F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Christobal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Carlos Christobal fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored thaplug F.C.'s protests and gave Carlos Christobal a yellow card for diving instead. Carlos Christobal kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Bastian in the 30th minute of play forced Pucará FC's goalkeeper Jimeno Brion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimeno Brion didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Virgilio Crispo went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Virgilio Crispo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimeno Brion read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Carlos Christobal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 44 minutes, Gogo Caradaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pucará FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Caradaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th match minute, thaplug F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Mano to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Hernan Silviano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pucará FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hernan Silviano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnulfo Ubarna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anier Sotil to strike the kick off in the second half. Virgilio Crispo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Brion having to interfere. If Virgilio Crispo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimeno Brion came out of the goal and Celedonio Santana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd match minute, Pucará FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Pueblo to maneuver through the defense. When Virgilio Crispo came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the thaplug F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Virgilio Crispo couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Pucará FC's zone, Virgilio Crispo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimeno Brion came out of the goal and Virgilio Crispo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute, Rosendo Bastian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jimeno Brion was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Pucará FC's Jimeno Brion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Vasco in the 74th minute of play. After some careless play in the Pucará FC defense, Celedonio Santana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jimeno Brion. The Pucará FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jimeno Brion should have stopped the shot. Celedonio Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimeno Brion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Vasco in the 96th minute of the match. Hugo Vasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that thaplug F.C. were the better team. thaplug F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
