Nicanor Fernandes helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Deportivo Carlos Bilardo getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Nicanor Fernandes hit a great ball. Federico Erlantz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Everardo Giro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Jagüé AFC's Esteve Omero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Tiniebra in the 29th minute of play. Guaberto Aires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Giro having to interfere. Jagüé AFC's Federico Erlantz got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Federico Erlantz put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Everardo Giro. 48 minutes into the match, Federico Erlantz notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Deportivo Carlos Bilardo's Everardo Giro. Everardo Giro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Federico Erlantz to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Deportivo Carlos Bilardo's Pablo Tuste sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteve Omero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 60 played minutes Jagüé AFC got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Aires. After 64 played minutes, Deportivo Carlos Bilardo's Siro Ubelteso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Esteve Omero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Deportivo Carlos Bilardo reached it. Siro Ubelteso kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Federico Erlantz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jagüé AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Federico Erlantz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Everardo Giro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the match, Federico Erlantz notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Deportivo Carlos Bilardo's Everardo Giro. Everardo Giro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Jagüé AFC's Esteve Omero got control of the ball when Pablo Tuste tried to sneak it across the goal line. Everardo Giro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Erlantz in the 78th minute of play.
