Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mariano Bembe made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Isidro Munio sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Club Coghlan Anarquia's zone, Pablo Quiroga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Bembe came out of the goal and Pablo Quiroga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute, Pablo Quiroga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pablo Quiroga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Bembe having to interfere. If Pablo Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidro Munio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Mariano Bembe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Club Coghlan Anarquia's Robustiano Mannie got a free kick in the 33rd minute. PASTAFRULA FC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Club Coghlan Anarquia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ciriaco Koldobika took the corner. After 44 played minutes PASTAFRULA FC got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Havier. 48 minutes into the match, PASTAFRULA FC's Pablo Quiroga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mariano Bembe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Epifanio Ticho to strike the kick off in the second half. PASTAFRULA FC's Eliseo Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Ticho in the 55th minute of play. Maximiliano Sindo in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eliseo Lucila, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pablo Quiroga in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mariano Bembe saved Club Coghlan Anarquia from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Club Coghlan Anarquia's Felix Normando got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Club Coghlan Anarquia's Mariano Bembe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Munio in the 65th minute of play. Teodosio Arano's late challenge caught a PASTAFRULA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodosio Arano helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of PASTAFRULA FC booed when Club Coghlan Anarquia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Arano didn't get a good kick on the ball. PASTAFRULA FC's Isidro Munio got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Pablo Quiroga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isidro Munio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidro Munio might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariano Bembe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidro Munio ran back to his position shaking his head. Isidro Munio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Bembe having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. PASTAFRULA FC had played much better football throughout.
