Julian Jurdan kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Julian Jurdan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erubiel Ieltxu made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Eugenio Telesforo sent off a good shot on target. If Zeledon Handi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zeledon Handi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Deportivo Pedrano's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eugenio Telesforo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 45 played minutes Taquito y Gambeta got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Viviano. In the 46th minute, Teodosio Pirmin sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Taquito y Gambeta's Manuel Eleazar didn't even have to move. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zeledon Handi to make the kick off. Ruperto Laffittes short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Manuel Eleazar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Manuel Eleazar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Godofredo Reyes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 60 minute of play. If Eugenio Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Zeledon Handi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taquito y Gambeta's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeledon Handi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erubiel Ieltxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugenio Telesforo scored 1-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erubiel Ieltxu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Zeledon Handi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erubiel Ieltxu was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maximino Nazario hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After having played for 94 minutes, Eugenio Telesforo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taquito y Gambeta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Telesforo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Deportivo Pedrano's Erubiel Ieltxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Telesforo in the 96th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
