Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leopoldo Mantzio got the match started through his kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Garry FC's Baldomiro Oton slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dalmacio Ubendu. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Lucio Pepillo scored 1-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lisandro Tano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Santos Brion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garry FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Brion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Ubendu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucio Pepillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Tano having to interfere. Lisandro Tano came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Mármol AFC's Leopoldo Mantzio. But to his dismay, Leopoldo Mantzio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Lisandro Tano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Mantzio in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Garry FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Pepillo came free, but Lisandro Tano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Garry FC's zone, Leopoldo Mantzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lisandro Tano came out of the goal and Leopoldo Mantzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes in the game, Santos Brion fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dalmacio Ubendu having to interfere. Dalmacio Ubendu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Brion, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Lisandro Tano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Mantzio in the 41st minute of the match. In the 47th minute Leopoldo Mantzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Tano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santos Brion stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Mármol AFC booed when Garry FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Guillem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucio Pepillos short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Lisandro Tano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Lucio Pepillo struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Lisandro Tano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mármol AFC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Mantzio in the 58th minute of play forced Garry FC's goalkeeper Lisandro Tano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Garry FC's Damaso Aguilera in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mármol AFC's goalie prevented a goal. If Damaso Aguilera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Danilo Rioja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucio Pepillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santos Brion recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 76 minutes into the game, Santos Brion cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Dalmacio Ubendu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lucio Pepillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
