Vialidad's Agustin Ferdinand got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, jazdelisa's Placido Mantzio got a free kick in the 6th minute. Prospero Laffitte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaudencio Lander in the 9th minute. With a little luck, jazdelisa's Prospero Laffitte got control of the ball when Gaudencio Lander tried to sneak it across the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, one of jazdelisa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 17 minutes, Vialidad's Abelardo Frutos got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Prospero Laffitte. When Vialidad's Gaston Gizon in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye jazdelisa's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agustin Ferdinand got free with Prospero Laffitte in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the match, Vialidad's Gaudencio Lander sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prospero Laffitte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th match minute, Vialidad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Mogel to maneuver through the defense. Emiliano Gonza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Esdras having to interfere. A collision led to jazdelisa getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Ernesto Eneko hit a great ball. Zeledon Bilbo's late challenge caught a Vialidad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeledon Bilbo helped the player get up and apologised. After 37 played minutes jazdelisa got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Bilbo. In the 38th minute Gaston Gizon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Laffitte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, jazdelisa's Prospero Laffitte got control of the ball when Gaudencio Lander tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Gaston Gizon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaston Gizon to strike the kick off in the second half. jazdelisa's Prospero Laffitte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Lander in the 58th minute of play. Gaudencio Lander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the match, Gaston Gizon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prospero Laffitte. jazdelisa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaston Gizon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Aquilino Esdras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Ponce in the 68th minute of the match. Gaudencio Lander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Prospero Laffitte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Gizon in the 76th minute of play. Gaudencio Lander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Laffitte having to interfere. If Herminio Mogel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prospero Laffitte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Gizon in the 82nd minute of play. If Gaudencio Lander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agustin Ferdinand during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Agustin Ferdinand hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match.
