Spectators: 7329 (Terracing: 5498, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Everardo Cordarrol kicked off to start the match. Staffan Bålström was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 3rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Danilo Dayam fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tasma FC's protests and gave Danilo Dayam a yellow card for diving instead. Danilo Dayam kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Tasma FC's Nicasio Jaume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Edvin Sävström in the 9th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Orlando Mendez put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nicasio Jaume. After 13 minutes of play Tasma FC's Danilo Dayam was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Donato Pasqual recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Tasma FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Vinicio Kaxen hit a great ball. Staffan Bålström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Staffan Bålström in the 19th minute of play forced Tasma FC's goalkeeper Nicasio Jaume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Edvin Sävström in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicasio Jaume prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Orlando Mendez sped through Tasma FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nicasio Jaume. When Académica FC's Orlando Mendez in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tasma FC's goalkeeper Nicasio Jaume, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edelmiro Urtun scored 0-6 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicasio Jaume, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

A hard shot 56 in the game by Orlando Mendez from a close distance when the talented Nicasio Jaume managed to make a qualified save. Tasma FC's players were relieved. Académica FC's Orlando Mendez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 57th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Sven-Edvin Sävström had several of the Tasma FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 60 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-9 score and a disappointed Nicasio Jaume as he didn't even see the shot coming. Orlando Mendez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Nicasio Jaume when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sven-Edvin Sävström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicasio Jaume having to make a save. Orlando Mendezs short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Nicasio Jaume to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 77 minutes, Sven-Edvin Sävström made it 0-11 with a short kick to the right side. Tasma FC's Nicasio Jaume tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 80 minutes into the match, Ingvar Linqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicasio Jaume. Tasma FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ingvar Linqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. In the 91st minute, Orlando Mendez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Académica FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-15. Académica FC's Sven-Edvin Sävström got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Tasma FC defense, Orlando Mendez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicasio Jaume. The Tasma FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicasio Jaume should have stopped the shot. Académica FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
