The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celestino Pinto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nicasio Jaume. Tasma FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Ladislao Ipar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicasio Jaume. Tasma FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Ipar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 35th minute there was a penalty for Chorrillos FC. Teo Dubardo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nicasio Jaume. 1-2. In the 45th minute Ladislao Ipar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Jaume saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guaberto Hori was the one to do the kick off. When Guaberto Hori came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Chorrillos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Hori couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Chorrillos FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Guaberto Hori hit a great ball. Ariel Raymundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jacinto Mogel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Chorrillos FC defense, Ariel Raymundo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacinto Mogel. The Chorrillos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacinto Mogel should have stopped the shot. If Everardo Cordarrol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Raymundo in the 75th minute of play forced Chorrillos FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Mogel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Mogel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Cordarrol in the 77th minute of play. Everardo Cordarrol struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Jacinto Mogel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tasma FC. Jacinto Mogel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ariel Raymundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Raymundo in the 85th minute of play forced Chorrillos FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Mogel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Irrintzi's late challenge caught a Tasma FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Irrintzi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Chorrillos FC's Carlos Irrintzi got a free kick in the 86th minute. Everardo Cordarrol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tasma FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
