Segundo Piorno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvestre Manny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Rencio having to interfere. Silvestre Manny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvestre Manny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Sixto Rencio made a huge save. If Eustaquio Elivareo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Jonas Calixto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Segundo Piorno's late challenge caught a Albigasta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Segundo Piorno helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to THE FLIPPER AFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Segundo Piorno hit a great ball. In the 61st minute Eustaquio Elivareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Mundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albigasta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustaquio Elivareo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
