With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristobal Senio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Basilio Bela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Senio having to interfere. Cristobal Senio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Gau, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The supporters of Campichuelo booed when CanalliTas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Diegotxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 65th match minute, Campichuelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Gaufred to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, CanalliTas's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Gaufred came free, but Cristobal Senio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Campichuelo's Adolfo Gaufred slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristobal Senio. That made the score 0-3 after 78 minutes of play. Jose Gau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 minutes of play, Campichuelo's Jose Gau made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristobal Senio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jose Gau took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristobal Senio. Cristobal Senio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Guillermo Diegotxe kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. CanalliTas's Cristobal Senio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Gaufred in the 94th minute of play. When Generoso Pudes came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the CanalliTas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Generoso Pudes couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Campichuelo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CanalliTas throughout the match.
