The referee ignored Atletico Los Locos's protests and gave Teofilo Monte a yellow card for diving instead. Zacarias Chorche walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 9thth minute of the game Efrain Henric who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cabal FC's Honorato Pierres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Agustin Tximitx was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 11th minute. Cabal FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Filiberto Eskuin's late challenge caught a Cabal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiberto Eskuin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, Atletico Los Locos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Eskuin to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cabal FC booed when Atletico Los Locos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Kelemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atletico Los Locos's Ramon Otsando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Los Locos from getting a goal against them. Cabal FC's Godofredo Duardo got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Serafino Nel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Pierres having to interfere. Honorato Pierres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafino Nel in the 28th minute of the match. Honorato Pierres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafino Nel, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Ramon Otsando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Tximitx in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Duardo in the 53rd minute of play forced Atletico Los Locos's goalkeeper Ramon Otsando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godofredo Duardo during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Godofredo Duardo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Serafino Nel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Cipriano Bingen had to leave the field with a concussion. 62 minutes into the game, Generoso Sol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mario Romero charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Romero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Godofredo Duardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Otsando having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Serafino Nel fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Cabal FC's Honorato Pierres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafino Nel in the 81st minute of play. If Godofredo Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustin Tximitx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ramon Otsando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorato Pierres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Efrain Henric in the 94th minute. Atletico Los Locos's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
