Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Ingenieros's Haroldo Ciano started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Salvador Bonadona made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Haroldo Ciano sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Gotzon in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dadá Vinhas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Haroldo Ciano in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Salvador Bonadona, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Angel Hanni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haroldo Ciano got free with Salvador Bonadona in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute, Evelio Argider hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haroldo Ciano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Salvador Bonadona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Anselmo Aznar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ingenieros's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Aznar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salvador Bonadona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Emanuel Gotzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Ingenieros's Haroldo Ciano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Salvador Bonadona. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Pulpera AFC's zone, Anselmo Aznar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Bonadona came out of the goal and Anselmo Aznar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 31 minutes, Silverio Elija managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pulpera AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Elija was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Gotzon in the 33rd minute of play forced Ingenieros's goalkeeper Dadá Vinhas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Aznar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Salvador Bonadona firmly grabbed it by the left post. Silverio Elija fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dadá Vinhas having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Silverio Elija made the kick off in the second half. When Angel Hanni came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Ingenieros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angel Hanni couldn't finish the play. Angel Hanni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Salvador Bonadona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute Haroldo Ciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Bonadona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salvador Bonadona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Gorri in the 62nd minute of the match. Salvador Bonadona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Sadurni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroldo Ciano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Salvador Bonadona having to make a save. In the 67th minute, Angel Hanni ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Salvador Bonadona was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Angel Hanni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 77 played minutes Ingenieros got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Donio. The audience was convinced that Silverio Elija's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dadá Vinhas was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. The attack was good, but when Emanuel Gotzon in the 83rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Ciano in the 87th minute of play forced Pulpera AFC's goalkeeper Salvador Bonadona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Haroldo Ciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Ingenieros's Dadá Vinhas got control of the ball when Emanuel Gotzon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silverio Elija scored 2-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dadá Vinhas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ingenieros's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
