Teo Lander's late challenge caught a Chipisca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teo Lander helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th match minute, Ashes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Lander to maneuver through the defense. Efrain Odilon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Maureo in the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Ashes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Maureo came free, but Efrain Odilon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27thth minute of the game Delmar Maureo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ashes FC's Efrain Odilon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Efrain Odilon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Maureo in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Gurutz in the 33rd minute of play forced Ashes FC's goalkeeper Efrain Odilon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eusebio Jakobe was the one to do the kick off. Chipisca's Richard Prado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Jakobe in the 52nd minute of play. Edgard Abascal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Prado having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Manuel Heli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ashes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chipisca the free kick. In the 60th minute, Manuel Heli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Edgard Abascal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Honorio Bitxintxo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Richard Prado. Chipisca's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Higinio Maties hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the game, Chipisca's Ruben Gurutz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Efrain Odilon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Eusebio Jakobe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Chipisca getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Santiago Ralondo hit a great ball. Niceto Norino struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Richard Prado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ashes FC. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
