Spectators: 7215 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) Eusebio Jakobe started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Samuel Vigil came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Kerygma F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Vigil couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Ashes FC's Alonzo Sagrario got a free kick in the 10th minute. Efrain Odilon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Vigil in the 14th minute of play. With a little luck, Ashes FC's Efrain Odilon got control of the ball when Clemente Chepe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clemente Chepe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemente Chepe kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Eusebio Jakobe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Ashes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Vigil came free, but Efrain Odilon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ashes FC's Efrain Odilon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Vigil in the 36th minute of play. Clemente Chepe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Odilon having to interfere. Samuel Vigil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Samuel Vigil was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Ashes FC's zone, Clemente Chepe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efrain Odilon came out of the goal and Clemente Chepe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ashes FC's Alonzo Sagrario got his second yellow card of the match in the 55th minute. The referee ordered Alonzo Sagrario off the ground. In the 57th minute, Samuel Vigil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kerygma F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 62nd match minute, Ashes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Silvino to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Heli hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Samuel Vigil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Efrain Odilon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Heli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Formerio having to interfere. After 90 minutes of play, Kerygma F.C.'s Clemente Chepe made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Efrain Odilon was left in no man's land by his defense there!
