Spectators: 7203 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gaston Nesto took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Gaston Nesto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emanuel Balesio, 1-0. When Paolo Jakobe came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Alcaraz AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paolo Jakobe couldn't finish the play. Gaston Nesto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amancio Nuñez came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Alcaraz AFC's Melquiades Aragones. But to his dismay, Melquiades Aragones quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Brilliant Wildlife XI getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Marciano Fagondo hit a great ball. With 28 minutes on the clock, Feliberto Blanco commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Alcaraz AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! If Melquiades Aragones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Aragones might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amancio Nuñez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Melquiades Aragones ran back to his position shaking his head. Paolo Jakobe took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Amancio Nuñez. Brilliant Wildlife XI's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Melquiades Aragones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Amancio Nuñez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melquiades Aragones to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Brilliant Wildlife XI's zone, Melquiades Aragones stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amancio Nuñez came out of the goal and Melquiades Aragones tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaston Nesto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Balesio having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Silvano Lehoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute of the match Nicasio Txartiko shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Balesio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Nesto in the 63rd minute of play forced Alcaraz AFC's goalkeeper Emanuel Balesio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Balesio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Nesto in the 65th minute of play. Gaston Nesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Emanuel Balesio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaston Nesto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Alcaraz AFC's Hipolito Urki got a free kick in the 71st minute. Amancio Nuñez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Urki in the 74th minute of play. Gervasio Dolfo charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gervasio Dolfo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Alcaraz AFC booed when Brilliant Wildlife XI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Dolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 played minutes Brilliant Wildlife XI got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Fagondo. Emanuel Balesio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Nesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Hipolito Urki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alcaraz AFC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Brilliant Wildlife XI had won, even though Alcaraz AFC had held more of the ball.
