The audience was convinced that Francisco Inocente's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clodoveo Cordarryl was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Francisco Inocente blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clodoveo Cordarryl having to make a save. Clodoveo Cordarryl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Inocente in the 20th minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Horacio Belmiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farmacia A's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horacio Belmiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, HUNGERS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Valerio came free, but Marciano Eate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Inocente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Clodoveo Cordarryl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amancio Charro in the 38th minute. After 45 minutes, Esteban Frances mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Farmacia A and the HUNGERS FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horacio Belmiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tiburcio Nastasio hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Belmiro in the 56th minute of play forced HUNGERS FC's goalkeeper Marciano Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruben Valerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Eate having to interfere. After 66 minutes of play, Farmacia A's Ruben Valerio made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marciano Eate was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Francisco Inocente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 70th minute, Amancio Charro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The HUNGERS FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The HUNGERS FC fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when HUNGERS FC's Amancio Charro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Farmacia A's zone, Amancio Charro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clodoveo Cordarryl came out of the goal and Amancio Charro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Inocente in the 88th minute of play forced Farmacia A's goalkeeper Clodoveo Cordarryl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Belmiro in the 90th minute of play forced HUNGERS FC's goalkeeper Marciano Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horacio Belmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Eate having to interfere. In the 98th minute Jacobo Sotil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Cordarryl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
