Miguel Tanio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Thomas, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kraken FC's zone, Ulises Thomas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Tanio came out of the goal and Ulises Thomas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Gogo Belasko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jalea Futchibal Clabs's supporters rose to their feet, but Gogo Belasko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Tanio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tobias Foro kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Miguel Tanio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Satordi in the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Alfonso Oton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kraken FC's Miguel Tanio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Thomas in the 40th minute of play. Gogo Belasko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Miguel Tanio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ulises Thomas was the one to do the kick off. Rodolfo Transito hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Miguel Tanio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Thomas in the 57th minute of play. When Rodolfo Transito got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Kraken FC. A collision led to Kraken FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Rodolfo Transito hit a great ball. In the 72nd match minute, Jalea Futchibal Clabs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulises Thomas to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Thomas in the 74th minute of play forced Kraken FC's goalkeeper Miguel Tanio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Txanton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodrigo Ted having to make a save. 83 minutes into the match, Jalea Futchibal Clabs's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Oton came free, but Rodrigo Ted reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Chap shot from long distance in the 87th minute, but Miguel Tanio was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Ulises Thomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Tanio having to interfere. Jalea Futchibal Clabs played a much better game than Kraken FC and deserved their victory. The Kraken FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
