But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Gombal couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justo Bero during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Closers's Tadeo Benet got a free kick in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amancio Ongile made a kick off. Cirilo Errolan didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Closers's Rodrigo Olando shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. The audience was convinced that Amancio Ongile's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erubiel Argi was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. With a little luck, Los pendencieros 's Cirilo Errolan got control of the ball when Osvaldo Barbosa tried to sneak it across the goal line.
